پیکر این شهدای اقتدار به همراه سایر شهدای جنگ تحمیلی رژیم صهیونیستی روز گذشته توسط مردم شهیدپرور از دانشگاه تهران تا میدان آزادی تشییع شده بود.
شهید سلامی فرمانده سابق سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی بود که در روز ابتدایی جنگ تحمیلی رژیم صهیونیستی به شهادت رسید.
شهید مسعود شانهئی نیز مسئول دفتر سردار سلامی بود و همراه با وی در تجاوز وحشیانه رژیم صهیونیستی به فیض شهادت نائل آمد.
