Luxurious new Kelowna development, 955 Manhattan, takes accessibility to new level

955 Manhattan offers everything anyone would want in a luxurious new condominium or townhouse.

It is located close enough to downtown Kelowna to be within walking distance of all that it has to offer, but it is far enough away that it is in a quiet, tranquil neighbourhood.

The homes on the back of the condominium building will overlook Jack Brow Park. The windows will be massive, which will also help with the project’s sustainability.

“It’s going to be lovely,” Misfeldt says. “The concrete condo building has 12 foot ceilings, it has parking on the first level, and then the next three levels are the condos. The parking area has electric vehicle charging stations in front of each spot, too.”

The townhomes will be wood frame construction with double car garages.
